Our FDA approved manufacturing sites are located in the USA & India.Job OverviewSeeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This candidate will support day-to-day operations to ensure projects and daily tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to multitasking.ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support, including managing emails and correspondence.Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications - Skills & RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal, listening & communication skills (Written & Oral).Energetic, aggressive team player but able to work independently as required.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively with attention to detail and accuracy in work.Education & ExperienceSome college preferred or equivalent experience.Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.Physical RequirementsOFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard; reach, stoop, kneel to install computer equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Light to moderate lifting is required. Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
