Description
- assisting the Warehousing Operations Manager in managing projects, supporting the Administrative Assistants (TA/PA's) and all levels of warehouse management, retail customers and Distribution associates
- managing internal hiring process, job movement and Organizational Structure for the Distribution Facility
- entering, analyzing, extracting and presenting data in a user-friendly format for analysis and decision making by business management and outside agencies
- responsible for the proper Time Administration of departmental associates

- be at least 20 years old
- have a valid driver's license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
- be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time
- have a willingness to travel, including overnight
- have a Bachelor's degree in business or related analytical field or equivalent business experience
- have four years of assistant/administrative experience in an office setting
- have knowledge of analytics
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills following Structured Writing techniques
- have project management, organizational, time management, task management and follow-through skills
- have computer skills using PC tools such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- be able to successfully complete battery of Clerical & Microsoft Skills Tests (before his or her start date in the position):
- have knowledge of budgeting practices
- be able to work autonomously without much direction
- be able to handle confidential material in mature manner
- be able to negotiate
Preferred Qualifications
- current Lakeland Distribution associate
- have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- have four or more years of assistant/administrative experience in an office setting
