Job Description:

. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • Pay: $20-24hr to Start! Based on experience.
  • 6-month assignment, possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
  • Monday Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Hybrid 3 days On-Site!)
  • Position will mainly be responsible for corporate administrative roles such as planning and booking travel arrangements, calendaring meetings, planning customer events, as well as expense reporting and processing at the senior level.
  • Position will also be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the HR department regarding legal and other administrative support services.
  • Position will also be responsible for having a high proficiency in MS Office software tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma is Required!!
  • 2+ years of recent experience in an Administrative role is Required!
  • Experience with skills including travel, lodging and expense report processing is Required!
  • Direct experience with MS Office products and applications is Required!
