Full job descriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various tasks efficiently.Duties- Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments-Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism- Assist in proofreading documents and correspondence- Transcribe meeting notes and maintain records- Organize and oversee events and meetings- Support project coordination and follow-up on action items- Perform general office tasks as neededQualifications- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to type efficiently and accurately- Experience in event planning is a plusJob Types:Full-time, ContractPay:$35.00 - $40.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededWork Location:In personTo Apply:Please send your resume, references, and a brief cover letter for more details..
