Job Responsibilities - The positions will support Indirect Sales Enablement through several aspects including Data Analysis, System Troubleshooting, Communication, Inventory Management, and Field Specialization. These will require up to 50% travel within the Atlantic North Market. These will also require to work out of Basking Ridge, NJ during in office days, Mon-Wed.Data Analysis: Creating and maintaining relationships with Market Indirect Sales teams to be the funnel of feedback from the field , defined as Master Agent locations, to the Market Indirect team to identify and scale best practices and opportunities in a timely manner. This should include sales practices, inventory practices, Systems functionality, and anything applicable to increasing revenue and experiences.Inventory Management - Creating and maintaining relationships with *** Indirect Inventory teams to understand shipping methodologies and practices, as well as creating and enhancing existing protocols to ensure a high level of efficiency at the field level for Master Agents.Tier 1 Optix Troubleshooting - Have Supervisor access to Optix, for the purpose of being a SME reference point for Master Agent locations. This will enable quicker resolutions to systems issues, scale workaround quicker, and create linkage to the systems teams internally to *** to best understand how to continue to move forward system improvements.Communication - Ensure that all members of the Market Indirect Team are aware of best practices, issues, systems workarounds and insights to be able to communicate back with Master Agents, as well as internal *** partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively across various levels of the organizationEnd to End Project management and Orchestration:Help maintain a view of the broader project portfolio for the FSLA expansion at *** to anticipate needs and manage demand. Support channel level initiatives such as system enhancements, promotional launches, and new product education. In field support coordinating FLSA expansion effortsAn ability to work individually and as part of a team. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders, team members, and leadership. Develop communications for multiple levels within the channel, tailoring information as needed to relevant audiences. Excellence in Google Suite and Executive Level Presentation creation.Preferred Experience - 7-10 years of office experience, 5 years of retail experience, 2 years of sales experience, 2 years project management experienceEducation - College Degree Preferred
