Job Duties
Manage a team of company drivers and arrange rosters.Manage company events and catering arrangements.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.Liaise with internal and external parties such as vendors, suppliers, and departmental secretaries.Handle ad hoc projects.Job Requirements
Diploma or above.At least 6 years of office administration experience in a sizable company, preferably with experience in Banking/Financial Institutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A good team player, able to deal with different levels of people.Detail-oriented and well-organized.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST).#J-18808-Ljbffr
