Job Description:

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Administrative Aide to join their team. As an Administrative Aide, you will be part of the Offices of the COO, CIO, and Vice Dean supporting their administrative work. The ideal candidate will have professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Administrative Aide

**Location:** New York, NY (onsite)

**Pay Range:** $25-30/hr

******25 hours per week**

******2-3 days onsite**

**What's the Job?**

+ Support the COO, CIO, and Vice Dean with administrative work such as calendaring and answering emails.

+ Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.

+ Assist with special projects and events as needed.

+ Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

+ Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations of the department.

**What's Needed?**

+ Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

+ Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

+ High attention to detail and accuracy.
