EXPERIENCE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Data Entry
- Answer heavy incoming calls
- Log and track calls utilizing MS Excel
- Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Must have patience and be able to handle difficult customers while remaining calm on the phone
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have great communication skills (both over the phone and email)
- Will work with vendors to track down and receive shipments on orders for various equipment
EDUCATION: - High School diploma or GED required. No college degree required however it's a plus!
EXPERIENCE: - A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required
- Previous experience with a utility company, renewable energy or solar is a BIG PLUS!
