Administrative AnalystLocation: Chantilly, VAWork Type: Full Time - OnsiteJob Description: GridIron is looking to hire an Administrative Analyst with an Active Top Secret Clearance (SCI CI Polygraph eligible). Administrative Analyst will provide assistance in support a myriad of administrative and data management functions within the intelligence units to support CyD's overall intelligence program. Analyst will utilize templates, tools, and procedures, and directly assist intelligence units in tracking and reporting their daily and weekly production.Responsibilities:
- Track and update required information in CyD's production tracking systems.
- Track production against the intelligence units' production plans.
- Update and maintain units' production data in CPIEB tracking systems.
- Communicate metrics, reports, dashboards, and other materials requiring intelligence unit validation.
- Support production and coordination functions for intelligence units' products and reports, researching/maintaining/updating product metadata.
- Facilitate the upload of intelligence products into Sentinel, in collaboration with product authors/co?authors, ensuring appropriate case files, tags, authorship, and other DI requirements are appropriately met.
- Maintain and/or update BUNET and Internal (when applicable) SharePoint sites, rosters, organizational charts, and other collateral documentation as standardized by CIPU, and as directed by intelligence unit SIAs and UCs.
- Coordinate, at least once a week, with CIPU and all other contract administrative analysts to ensure standardized processes and best practices are maintained and advocated across CPIEB.
- Build, organize, and maintain electronic data files (including target folders, threat strategies, production plans, etc.) to support units' data management.
- Assist intelligence units in documenting, consolidating, organizing, and deconflicting intelligence, action items, and responses for meeting notes, Talking Points (TPs), data calls, and other CPIEB tasking.
- Support development of functional requirements documentation for potential data management tools.
- Develop and support execution of project and communication plans related to intelligence program initiatives.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, informational slicks, and methodology documentation, as assigned.
One contract administrative analyst may be assigned to support the administrative needs of the program executives, including calendar management, scheduling, communications, printing, and other ad hoc, general office support tasks.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- At least one year of experience managing and producing reports from electronic data.
- At least two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- At least one year of program management experience.
- Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least one year of experience in copyediting, print?publishing, or other formalized writing?heavy responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal ability demonstrated by at least one year of experience working on a multi?disciplined team or within a team?environment.
- Familiarity with Web content management demonstrated by one year of experience working with Microsoft SharePoint.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $40,000-$75,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs.
