WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB:Seeking a proactive Administrative Analyst with excellent communication, collaborative and problem-solving/analytical skills to support the General Counsel and OGC executive leadership team. The successful candidate will support OGC's research, development, documentation, analysis and implementation of a full range of strategic and operational matters of import to the General Counsel, including support of financial management documentation and processes, internal and external engagement data analytics and reporting, client engagement and calibration, general process design and improvement, and other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
The candidate will also support OGC's administrative and clerical needs. Must have the ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism and discretion, and the ability to interact seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve OGC operational objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (required/minimum qualifications):
Education: Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in business administration, communications, marketing or a related field).Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience as a business or administrative analyst or similar experience; experience in business administration, communications, or marketing a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
* Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
PAY INFORMATION:The starting annual salary range for this position is $70K - $80K. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location & experience.**
