Administrative and Logistics Security Specialist Manager (ALSSM) (S)Responsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing the performance of all ALSS, LS, and Security Program Assistant (SPA) personnel assigned on the TO, to include:Ensuring that all ALSSs are executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.Ensuring on-time delivery of support materials (e.g., property, supplies, and equipment).Performing managerial logistical functions, including periodic and scheduled reports.Preparing and maintaining property, maintenance, and operational records.Managing, oversight, and implementation of all supply, receiving, marking, and warehousing and storage efforts as defined in WPS III IDIQ, Section C of this contract.Manage a comprehensive administrative program to support TO operations. The individual duties include, but are not necessarily limited to administration, payroll, and maintaining time sheets/muster sheets for TO personnel.Ensure that all shipments and receipt of equipment and materials for the TO are properly documented, and follow proper customs procedures.Maintain strict accountability of equipment, supplies, spare parts, etc. through a computerized file and accounting system.Coordinate with the Contractor's corporate office in all business-related transactions under the WPS III contract.Ensure that all goods and services procured in support of WPS III TOs are purchased and paid for in accordance with applicable Department regulations.Support coordination of Contractor personnel movement into and out of the country for both official and personal travel; this responsibility does not include travel arrangements (e.g., airline tickets, hotel reservations, etc.) for rotations.Act as liaison with host-government agencies, when necessary, to ensure visas, customs clearances, and other government authorizations.Prepare written deliverables for submission to DS/RSO, to include reports, spreadsheets, memos, summaries, etc.Additional duties may also include, but not be limited to:Oversight and scheduling of vehicles supporting protective and guard operations.Vehicle procurement, receiving, shipping, maintenance scheduling/tracking, repairs scheduling/tracking, fuel logs, dispatch records, transfers, and maintenance of active records on all vehicles assigned to protective operations (armored or unarmored).Assistance with planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive administrative program.Qualifications:Must be a U.S. citizen/TCN/LN, as specified in the TO.Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.At a minimum, must possess either a Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain management from an accredited institution or a current Certified Professional Property Administrator certification ().Must possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management.A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been in property management, with demonstrable experience in at least four (4) of the following areas:AcquisitionAuditsControl (e.g., ownership, responsibility, and accountability)Disposition and retirementMovement and transfersInventoryProperty accountingReceivingRecords and reportingA minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity.A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in overseas procurement and logistics management.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and possess sufficient computer skills to manage electronic files and an electronic record-keeping system.Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course meeting the requirements established in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1, Position Descriptions, Section 1.2.C.Attend and successfully complete the NPSS training course, as outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training.Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination, or RSO Vetting Approval as identified in the TO.Obtain and maintain access to and competence with the ILMS and Secure ILMS applications, with the appropriate user roles, to include mandatory initial training, and periodic refresher training as needed.Possess the ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in the applicable TO.#J-18808-Ljbffr
