Job Type: Part TimeFirst Shift: Monday-Friday, 5 to 6 hours per day, Max 30 hours.We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a dual role that combines administrative and warehouse responsibilities.Job Summary:The Administrative and Warehouse Associate will support both the administrative and operational aspects of our business. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be versatile, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of both the office and the warehouse.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing office files and documents.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
Warehouse Duties:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to company standards.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or logistics is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative support and/or warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
