Sodexo at Lake Washington School District is seeking an Point-of-Sale Operations Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant 1 to perform administrative tasks and services that facilitate effective and efficient operations of point-of-sale (POS) systems throughout the school district.
This role will support parents of students, faculty, in-unit food supervisors, and cashiers both at our Redmond office and across Lake Washington School District locations in Redmond, Kirkland, and Sammamish. The successful candidate will ensure that the meal program is executed according to the National School Lunch Program guidelines using the Mosaic POS system. Daily responsibilities include operational support, training for in-unit supervisors and cashiers, updating manuals, maintaining records, and providing excellent internal customer service, all while driving process improvements and ensuring functional excellence.

Travel Requirements:This position requires regular travel between various Lake Washington School District locations. Candidates must use a personal vehicle for daily travel to these sites. Mileage reimbursement will be provided in accordance with Sodexo's reimbursement policy. The candidate is responsible for maintaining a driver's license and insurance coverage that meets state and company requirements. Compliance with all applicable traffic and vehicle safety laws is expected at all times.
