Description: The administrative support role will primarily assist the Site Director and handle various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves event planning, vendor coordination, office supply management, and supporting employee services. This position is not likely to transition into a permanent role as it is filling in for maternity leave. Key Responsibilities:Assist the Site Director with various administrative tasks.Order breakroom and administrative mailroom supplies.Chair the Donation Committee.Coordinate Employee Service Awards and monthly events/reminders.Arrange travel for onsite candidate interviews.Serve as the point of contact for vendors.Manage visitor logistics, including creating agendas, preparing conference rooms, arranging meals/snacks, making travel arrangements, and ensuring PPE is available.Plan both onsite and off-site events, such as Earth Day, Chamber Banquet, and Administrative Professionals Day.Oversee the Q2 Employee Uniform Rollout.Manage the organizational chart and distribution lists (add new hires, remove employee transfers).Restock visitor brochures, promotional materials, and giveaways.Update communication boards quarterly.Order lunch for onsite meetings.Respond to daily emails.Update and distribute the Hurricane Preparedness Packet, as well as order necessary site supplies.Approve all newspaper advertisements.Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).SAP experience is preferred but not required.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education:High School Diploma required.Additional Information:This role is a temporary backfill for maternity leave, with limited potential for contract-to-hire conversion.Education: High School
