We are actively reviewing applications for a part-time administrative assistant for our client in the Penns Valley area. The administrative assistant will perform general office duties along with providing accounting support, minor IT troubleshooting, and a multitude of office administration tasks. If you are a self-starter and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, then this might be the position for you!*Schedule: Part-time (Monday - Friday) 5 hours per day - 25 hours total per week*Pay: $26.44+/hour (DOE)*This is a temp to hire position for the right candidateResponsibilities:-Responsible for mail, phone, fax and general email communications-Manage office supplies inventory and ordering-Assist with data entry-Maintain office equipment supply, maintenance and operation-Receive customer payments and process accurately-Maintain documents, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper organization.-Maintain professionalism and a growth mindset-Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and resolve issues without direction-Additional tasks that are assigned by the supervisorQualifications:-Associate Degree and/or 2+ years' experience in an administrative assistant/support or customer service role.-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-Computer proficiency: document management, spreadsheets, word processing, internet research, databases, google docs, and conferencing tools.-Excellent communication, writing, editing and interpersonal skills-Ability to maintain discretion in the management of confidential information.Apply today to be considered for the Administrative Assistant position.
