**Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3**
**Location: 885 2nd Avenue New York NY 10017 (
**Duration: 9 months - Highly likely to extend to 18 month and likely to convert to FTE in future.**
**Pay Range: $30 to $35/hr on W2**
**Daily Schedule & OT estimate: 40 hours/week, OT needed if required**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ **Provide executive administrative support primarily for the Team Lead and General Manager.**
+ **Support with travel and expense coordination for three Senior Directors.**
+ **Coordinate meetings, events, and departmental financial and personnel operations.**
+ **Assist with facility purchasing and operations.**
+ **Complete special projects as assigned.**
+ **Enforce team policies and procedures.**
**Key Skills and Experience Required:**
1. **Calendaring in Outlook: Minimum 5 years of experience managing calendars using Outlook.**
2. **Executive Support/Presence: Minimum 4 years of experience providing executive-level support.**
3. **MS Office Tools: Minimum 4 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).**
**Additional Skills:**
+ **Administrative Experience: 5 years in a fast-paced environment.**
+ **Communication & Project Management: Effective communication and project management skills.**
+ **Customer Service & Organizational Skills: Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.**
+ **Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (MS Office preferred).**
+ **Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (if required).**
