Job Description Purpose of the Team: IDM stands for Identity and Data Management, a software solution that helps organizations manage the identities and data of their users, customers, employees, and partners. IDM enables secure and convenient access to digital services, while protecting the privacy and compliance of personal and sensitive information. Key projects: This role will contribute to team support, event coordinating, hardware and equipment management. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience1. 8 years minimum of experience as an admin assistant & supported a partner level manager.2. 2 years minimum of experience at Microsoft - preferably as an admin assistant.3. 8 years minimum of experience with high level of organization - space/equipment management, calendar support, travel management tasks.   • Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
  • Manages complex calendar for Senior Partner Director for large (350+) organization, schedule(s) meetings, coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
  • Manages team headcount, PCN updates, recruiting tracking and requisition submissions. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
  • Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
  • Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.
  • Needs to be someone who is confident, doesn't have multiple work gaps, is able to fully explain work history and be willing/able to come to the office at least 3-4 times per week + be available for special events/offsites on campus.
