This role is vital to our mission, providing key secretarial and administrative support for our Cayuga County Day Program.The Administrative Assistant role involves maintaining and updating databases for individuals receiving Day/Employment services in Cayuga County. Key responsibilities include performing monthly billing tasks for services, compiling information, and managing data entry to ensure timely billing. The position also develops and maintains spreadsheets to track billing and acts as a liaison with the Business Office. The role includes recording and distributing minutes from meetings, as well as maintaining spreadsheets that track Life Plans and preparing review packets. Other tasks include maintaining office records and documents, overseeing office supply distribution and costs, and managing individual attendance.Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Flexibility is Required)Salary Range: $17.00 to $17.50 Per hourLocation: Clark Street, Auburn NYAdministrative Assistant Qualifications:The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel, possess strong computer skills, and have extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office applications. They should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy administrative tasks, maintain a positive attitude, and provide superior customer service. While two years of experience as an administrative assistant is preferred, an associate degree is also desirable.Our Benefits Include:
