We act on your ideas!As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Dispatch Manager. Filing, answering phone calls, preparing documents and all other duties assigned by management. You will provide support to the Dispatch manager and operations department. This is a full time, in office position.Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am -5pmPay: $20 - $23/hr. based on experienceWhat will you be doing?
- Administrative support to the Dispatch Manager and operations department.
- Filing, answering phones, preparing documents for drivers.
- Assist with servicing clients and drive away drivers
- Follow up with internal departments on details related to the processing of customer orders, initiating problem resolution as needed.
- Respond to customer questions and requests via email and phone in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned by management
What are we looking for?
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, strong Excel skills, and other general office equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have one to three years of previous administrative experience
- General knowledge of transportation and logistics is helpful.
- Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
