Full job description We are seeking an Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper to assist in the daily accounting functions and administration of our organization. Tasks include general office work such as answering phones, organizing employee information/documents and filling out/filing forms. The successful applicant will have excellent administrative skills, be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with other employees and management.
- Quickbooks Experience
- Mineral Tree Experience Preferred
- Sage Experience Preferred
- Schedule using Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Experience
- Assist with daily operations of the accounting team
- Provide courteous, professional customer service to customers
- Be able to work with confidential information (pass background check)
- Manage personal tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Be able to organize the office space and ensure that the office is clean and orderly at all times.
- Handle incoming calls and emails.
