Description:
The Healthy Families Tennessee program is currently accepting applicants for a grant-funded, part-time (75%) Administrative Assistant position. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general office duties and data entry. This is a grant-funded position and continuation of employment is dependent upon grant funding.
Responsibilities:
Entering data and maintaining the Apricot data collection system for the program.
Run reports and check for missing data in Apricot.
Enter personnel files into Apricot.
Gather and enter data for HFAST reports.
Performing general office duties such as handling business correspondence, copying, and faxing.
Enter monthly time for all HFT/PAT staff.
Arrange and process travel arrangements and reimbursements for staff.
Attend training related to office duties.
Answer main office phone, distribute mail, pick up packages, and make copies.
Maintain Kidcentral TN site information.
Run background checks on all HFT/PAT staff annually.
Unpack packages, organize and put items away, and maintain inventory of items.
Send out Advisory Board reminders, keep minutes, and reserve rooms.
Communicate with the physical plant for maintenance, trash pick-up, building repairs, etc.
Collect receipts for Financial Associate.
Submit key requests for new staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma with one to two years of office experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Data Entry Experience
Experience using SAP (IRIS)
