Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of general duties associated with the clerical support for the Clerk to the Board Division of the Arapahoe County Clerk & Recorders Office. This is a part time position. The hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7:00 am-4:00 pm. Duties Attend and clerk meetings of the Board of County Commissioners and other related boards and commissions to record and transcribe all minutes and track and coordinate resolutions. Provide custodial service to all Board of County Commissioners County public documents. Assist the public with accessing public information. Responsible for assisting with public notice requirements. Responsible for transcribing minutes. Scanning, preparing and/or profiling of documents into the Pro. File system.
