Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant role is critical to several programs, entering an updating data in spreadsheets and electronic health records. The position provides clerical, communication, and administrative support to Family Reimbursement, Self-Direction, Health Homes, and Arc Reception. The Administrative Assistant assists the Family Reimbursement Coordinator with intake of applications, follow-up on phone messages, and maintaining accurate program data. The position assists Self-Direction Specialists and Health Homes staff with ensuring documentation by self-hire staff is completed in the EHR, tracking staff requirements, tracking outreach, creating reports, and accessing information in HIE. In addition, the position provides coverage to the Arc of Monroe main reception desk/switchboard on a regularly scheduled basis and as requested.

* Associate's degree in business administration or related discipline plus 2 years' experience in the areas of administrative duties and responsibilities

* Or an equivalent combination of education & experience
