NexGen is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistant

* Operate as a trusted team member through your professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders.

* Act as a change-agent as the business continues to reshape itself with a goal of being #wherethebestwanttobelong.

* Leverage available people data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

* Leverage all existing HR programs, policies, processes, and systems, and build relationships with the HR Managers at Gray, Inc. Be a first point of contact for matters ranging from orientation and compensation questions to benefit qualifications.

* Engage quickly, compassionately, and judiciously on employee relations issues; and perform investigations as needed.

* Partner closely with Gray Talent Acquisition to help deliver on our recruiting and hiring goals.

Who we want (Requirements)

The successful candidate will have bachelor's degree or four (4) years of experience in an administrative position(s); or the equivalent combination both. Experience in construction and bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Must possess advanced computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and One-Drive. Experience with SharePoint and Bluebeam a plus but not required. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills. Must be physically present in the Dallas, TX office.
