Responsibilities
- As a Construction Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential executive administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the construction team
- Reporting to the project manager, your responsibilities will include calendar management, phone etiquette, and maintaining organized records
- Your core skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, will be vital for effective communication and documentation
- Additionally, your premium skills in project coordination and office management will enhance team productivity

- We are maintaining all the NYC Department of Environmental Protection Fire Alarm Systems and require someone to update our electronic files on a daily basis, communicate with foreman about material and equipment that might be needed for each work order and make sure that the payments are being submitted, as per DEP requirements
