Primary PurposeProvide clerical and operational support for the Network & Technical Services teams. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.QualificationsEducation/Certification/LicensureHigh School diploma or GED, college preferredMust pass CCISD Drug and Alcohol Abuse StandardsMust pass criminal history and VMR driving record check as required by CCISDSpecial Knowledge/SkillsEffective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skillsKnowledge of general office proceduresStrong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in district standard productivity tools such as Microsoft OfficeAbility to read, follow, and interpret district and department proceduresExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in an office settingPrevious school district experience preferredMajor Responsibilities and Duties
Provide clerical support to the Director of Network & Technical Services and the Network Technical Services teams.Process payroll for the Network & Technical Services teams.Assist the Helpdesk analyst by providing professional and friendly customer support to district staff in person, through electronic communication and over the phone.Assist the Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer as needed.Assist the Technology Purchasing clerk with processing purchasing requests from Technology and district staff as needed.Exhibit CCISD Core Values of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.Stay up-to-date professionally through the selection of quality professional learning opportunities for personal growth.Research district policy, precedent, and current practices prior to taking action.Participate as an effective team member who contributes to district, department, and content goals.Demonstrates proficient levels of technology applications.Participates fully in drills and safety exercises to provide for the safety and overall emotional wellbeing of students.Utilize time wisely for effective management of job responsibilities.Maintain punctuality in daily work times, appointments, and meetings.Meet task completion deadlines established by supervisor.Maintain friendly customer-service-driven interactions with all stakeholders, students, teachers, administrators, and co-workers.Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure that the goals of the school/department are met.Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communication (i.e. email, written, and verbal).Perform other duties and accept other responsibilities as assigned.Working Conditions Mental DemandsEffective communication; concentration while performing duties; ability to maintain emotional control under stress; ability to work with frequent interruptionsPhysical Demands/Environmental FactorsModerate to heavy lifting and carrying, standing, walking, bending, prolonged sitting and use of computer; repetitive hand motions; occasional prolonged or irregular hoursTerms: 230 daysPay Grade: PARA 6
