Torah Prep Day School is seeking an administrative assistant who is a self-starter, creative, good at problem solving, organized, and who is a team player to help coordinate operations for our early childhood program.
Responsibilities:
Manage logistics and daily operations.
Coordinate teacher coverage and handle substitute teacher arrangements.
Schedule teacher meetings, overseeing daily schedules.
Handle DESE Child Care Subsidy requirements.
Take responsibility for Early Childhood Experience newsletter.
Provide logistical support for school events and EC programs.
Manage inventory and procure basic consumables as needed.
Oversee utilization of shared physical spaces.
Interact positively with students who need a break from the classroom.
