What does an Administrative Assistant with Paul Davis do?
* Manage all phases of job costing within RMS (our CRM) and QuickBooks Accounting Software
* Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and entry into the accounting system
* Prepare and process weekly check runs for payments to vendors
* Assist VP of Administrative Services in maintaining all accounting and financial records for franchise
* Excellent phone skills, greeting all clients and visitors with professionalism
* Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
* Assist with the daily operations of the franchise as needed
