Focus: The EHS Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the EHS department of the Olin McIntosh Plant. The ideal candidate will be motivated to support worker safety, environmental protection, and community well-being.

EHS Administrative Assistant Essential Job Functions:
* Coordinate filing of confidential department files with accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
* Manage departmental expenses and prepare purchase orders in SAP
* Participate in safety permit audits, housekeeping inspections, and emergency response activities
* Post investigations, monitor corrective actions, and track safety reports, permits, and audits for a safe and compliant environment
* Compose routine documents and reports using Microsoft Office, demonstrating exceptional written communication skills
* Maintain task analysis system, calculating and publishing Key Performance Indicators for effective reporting and analysis
* Perform other EHS administration duties as assigned
EHS Administrative Assistant Minimum Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree* in Business or Office Administration is preferred
* 5+ years of administrative experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and handle confidential information with tact and integrity
* Experience with environmental, health, safety, and security requirements preferred; prior chemical plant experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases; basic knowledge of SAP preferred
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, quickly grasp concepts, and prioritize tasks
* Must obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) and possess a valid US driver's license
* Prior Olin experience in a related role preferred
