POSITION TITLE: Administrative AssistantREPORTS TO: Marlborough Elementary School Principal TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Full-time 10 months
- Start Date- Immediately
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree preferred, Previous Administrative Experience a MUST
- Experience in Education is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with others as part of a team.
- Must have good organizational skills, maintain confidentiality and be flexible.
- Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel and the entire Microsoft Suite, ability to learn additional computer software programs
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee, maintain and communicate student attendance records
- Help to maintain and manage student files, forms and paperwork processes
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
- School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
- PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s)
