As an Administrative Assistive for Learning and IT, you'll be required to:General Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and provide the team with updated organizational and program calendars and events.
- Review and process invoices and purchase orders.
- Order office supplies and assist with ordering other materials as requested.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain and update contact lists.
- Serve as primary point of contact for communication and inquiries related to both teams.
Learning Team Support:
- Coordinate logistics for new hire training including coordinating training dates, times, and locations, sending out calendar invites, reserving training rooms and managing participant communication for new hire onboarding process.
- Create, order and distribute training materials and maintain inventory.
- Send training notifications, reminders and updates to participants.
- Track completion of training in the Learning Management system.
- Coordinate with training providers.
- Document and maintain program processes and procedures.
- Assist with running reports and gathering and analyzing training data as requested.
- Maintain all records and documentation related to the onboarding and new hire training process. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
IT Team Support:
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Update and organize IT processes and procedures documentation.
- Assist with ordering IT related items.
- Update and maintain IT documentation such as user guides and FAQs. Maintain IT tickets and ensure timely completion of requests and communication.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 52 weeks/year
Wages & Benefits:
- Competitive starting range of $23/hr - 25/hr

Education, Licenses & Certifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 + years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms (Talent LMS, Culture Amp, etc.)
