Description MidFirst Bank has a dedicated healthcare lending team focused on providing specialized services catered to the needs of each unique customer. Our knowledge of complex issues facing medical providers enables the bank to provide the right solutions for each situation. This position entails support of National Healthcare Lending Officers, including but not limited to: Loan Processing Preparing loan worksheet forms and overall packages in a complete and accurate manner Ensure funding processes are followed according to internal procedures Order appraisals, title work, surveys, organizational documents, credit reports, background checks, etc Directly involved in loan closings, loan system research, loan system accuracy, and other internal web based issues Other loan processing responsibilities to include those typical with loan closings Opening new deposit accounts, working directly with and performing transactions on behalf of customers with regard to deposit accounts, research requests, wire transfers, etc. Provides monitoring support regarding segregation of healthcare deposit accounts Supports group with document retention, scheduling, and planning Key role in supporting officers track and resolve coming due and past due exceptions Administrative tracking and reporting responsibility to include loan fees payable, legal fees, third-party vendor fees, and outstanding reimbursements items Interacts with outside legal counsel Assist division officers with entertainment ticket requests and other business retention efforts as needed Support staff regarding webinar management and group presentations Back up other Administrative Assistants if needed (HCL and other divisions) Facility management including supplies and stock inventory Optional: Participate in Bank sponsored events and occasionally attend industry conferences for educational, branding and marketing purposes (overnight travel may be required on a limited basis, typically 2-3 nights travel). Position Requirements: Ability to schedule and complete tasks and duties without constant, direct supervision Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and handle 'crisis' servicing situations as they arise Working knowledge of PC spreadsheet, word processing, and production software. i.e. Microsoft Office Products. Keyboarding speed of 50wpm, 10-key calculator by touch Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
