Schedule: 10 am-2 pm M-F Why You'll Love This Role: As an Administrative Assistant I, you will be the welcoming face and voice for clients, providing top-notch service while supporting providers and insurance carriers. You'll thrive in this role if you have strong communication skills, enjoy multitasking, and are committed to maintaining an organized and professional environment. What You'll Do:

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients, verify contact details and insurance, and process payments.
  • Appointment Management: Answer phone calls, schedule and reschedule clinic appointments, and manage cancellations.
  • Client Records: Process record requests, handle confidential paperwork, and ensure all required documents are complete.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle general office duties, from scanning and faxing documents to ordering supplies and maintaining a professional clinic environment.
  • Insurance Assistance: Verify insurance details, update inactive insurance, and run batch eligibility checks.
  • Tech Support: Assist clients with accessing the client portal and resetting passwords.
  • Team Support: Attend meetings and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, attention to detail, and time management skills.
