BASIC FUNCTION: Supports activities and functions of designated programs, initiatives and operations to ensure that goals and objectives specified are accomplished in accordance with university procedures, established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications. Manages communication, operations, and functions of a multi-faceted office to promote student success. This position typically reports to a department administrator.
SUPERVISORY ACCOUNTABILITY: Has responsibility or authority which is limited to the direction of student or temporary workers.
NATURE AND SCOPE: Internal contacts include administrators, faculty, staff and students both within the department and University-wide. External contacts include government agencies, sponsor representatives, vendors, visitors, officials and the general public.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Manage processing of student scholarships, vendor payments and contracts, room requests, travel requisitions and other administrative procedures.
- Coordinate and develops wellness initiatives and communication within the office and school.
- Coordinate daily operations and activities of office.
- Work with program coordinators and advisors to support overall student development and programming.
- Proactively maintain an awareness of trends and opportunities in student services to coordinate responsive programming and initiatives within the direction of office leadership.
- Manage social media and online communication with students and partners.
- Coordinate program logistics and support program implementation.
- Manage student leaders to ensure continued follow-up, coordination, and consistency with program objectives.
- Monitor and report program expenditures. Manage cash receipts and expenditures to ensure related university offices have processed timely and accurately.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of related work experience. Microsoft Office Suite.
