Job Description:
Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, record keeping, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required. Majority of time will be spent processing outgoing mail for claims department. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Detail Orientated Works Well Independently Position requires being able to be on their feet for periods of time. 1 - 2 weeks of training will be provided No phone work will be required. This is a fulltime in-office position M - F 8a - 4:30pm after training. Training schedule will be M-F 7am-3:30pm
