Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Hybrid** **Administrative Assistant II** job opportunity located in Culver City, CA 90232 zip code!
**Pay rate: $** **28.88/HR**
**Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm PST**
**Length: 6 months**
**Job Duties:**
+ Service responsibilities will include organizing travel end to end for Directors and Sr. Real Estate Managers.
+ Scheduling/calendar management, meeting preparation/support, and administration of expense reports and tracking payments to vendors in accordance with approved budgets.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ 3-5 years Administrative Assistant experience
+ Travel Arrangement, scheduling, calendar management, document control experience
+ Experience with payments, budgets, etc.
+ Experience using a MAC, iOS, Microsoft Office Suite
