The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative and general clerical support to the management and staff within a specific division, department, or unit.
Job Duties
* Provide general office support
* Assist with human resource functions, and ensure compliance and onboarding occurs correctly.
* Assist in preparation and distribution of agendas, reports, presentation, meeting materials, and other documents as required.
* Supervise student workers.
* Work independently to coordinate, gather information, and compile data as needed for special projects and liaise with other departments and stakeholders as required.
* Review and process purchase orders and invoices, as well as handling contracts
* Maintain and inventory of office supplies and order new supplies as necessary. Prepare travel applications, vouchers, and compliance forms.
* Other assigned duties
