Under the direction of an assigned administrator, perform a wide variety of secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the supervisor of administrative detail; coordinate and organize program activities; coordinate flow of communications between administrators, faculty, staff, parents, and the public; maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information. Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and four years of increasingly responsible secretarial or administrative assistance experience. Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license. The successful candidate must be cleared by the Department of Justice prior to employment as required by law.
