Job Summary

Job Duties:
Provides complex administrative support to a department or group of professionals supporting unit goals.
* Perform clerical duties, including filing, copying, maintaining forms, scheduling appointments, answering the department office phone, and responding to questions.
* Serves as a first point of contact for individuals and groups, greets arrivals, and provides organizational information.
* Collects, analyzes, and prepares various communication materials from established sources utilizing technology mediums.
* Sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures under general supervision.
* Maintains organization and updates physical and electronic records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures.
* Assist with the disbursement of funds by checking student accounts and processing financial aid applications.
* Assist students with all financial aid forms, completing FAFSA and Verification.
* Attend FAFSA and recruitment events.
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High school degree and one to three years of related experience or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft, with primary work in Excel.
