NDX Green Dental Lab, located in Heber Springs, AR, has an opening for a Administrative Assistant II. Previous office experience preferred. The regular scheduled hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may change from time to time. What's in it for you? Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
  • Responsible for monthly collections calls and letters
  • Prepare month end account statements for all accounts
  • Prepare for month end close
  • Prepare supplier maintenance forms and acquire W-9 form for all new vendors; send to NDX
  • Code all accounts payable in OnBase
  • Review FedEx and UPS invoices for re-class
  • Accept and record accounts receivable payments
  • Deposit payments received daily
  • Call C.O.D. accounts with balances daily
  • Prepare monthly cash posting form
  • Send invoices and statements to doctors upon requests
  • Assist Administrator with financial reports as requested
  • Assist Administrator with coding credit card transactions
  • Works with new accounts to setup billing preferences
  • Works with corporate on collection and A/R issues and accounts payable issues
  • All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Personable individual with good oral communication skills
  • Data entry and computer skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service focused
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
  • Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate Degree and 3 years office experience or BA in Business
