ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Comtech Systems, Inc. (CSI) is looking for an on-site Administrative Assistant to support the Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM), and Senior Training Developer for a Cyberspace Operations contract located at the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT), Corry Station, Pensacola, FL.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

* Perform administrative duties as Administrative Assistant II

* Reprographics technician support to produce hard copy course training materials with appropriate bindings/finishings

* Prioritize print orders and coordinate timely delivery of printed products

* Coordinate maintenance with vendors and escort them within the cleared facility

* Order supplies and coordinate deliveries

* Support student academic record management

* Support new hire personnel processing (badging; network access requests; etc.).

* Support personnel record management, including security clearance processing, personal and professional development, expense reports, etc.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to complete assignments

* Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective listening skills

* Mastery of Microsoft Office (O365) products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Experienced with data entry

* Document imaging (e.g., scanning, reproduction)

* Proficient with network-based file storage, maintenance, and document management

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Logic-driven thought process

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must possess:

* The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the level required by each assigned task.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

* Two-year (AA/AS) degree, or inter-office administration/support certification, or one (1) year documented experience as an office administrative assistant.
