Job title : Administrative Assistant IIClient : Medical Device Manufacturing CompanyDuration : 1 year with possible extension Location : Boulder CO, 80301 Shift : 1st Shift, Approx 30 hours per week. 4 days on site in person Top 3 tasks/Responsibilities: Expense ReportsTravel ArrangementsMeeting Planning Top 3 things the manager is looking for: Trust ReliabilityExperience supporting multiple leaders/managersJob Description:Responsibilities may include the following, along with other assigned duties: Provide general administrative support, including preparing communications and maintaining schedules. Perform standard office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, arranging meetings and conferences. Gather, compile, and report information relevant to the supervisor's assignments. Administer interdepartmental or interunit programs or processes. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense submissions, as needed. Qualifications: Established and productive individual contributor works on clerical and administrative assignments that may require application of prior experience such as purchase requisitions, resolving invoice issues with Accounts Payable, product inventory management, ordering office supplies, ordering printed collateral (i.e., business cards, ales collateral, and banners/signage), coordinating visitor badges with security personnel, preparing domestic and international shipments.Works under moderate supervision, making minor adjustments to methods and processes. Works to deliver on day-to-day objectives with direct impact on achievement of results for the job area, including moderate scheduling or customer satisfaction implications.Work consists of tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Communicates typically with internal contacts within and outside of immediate team. Obtains and provides information requiring some explanation or interpretation.Requirements:Requires full job knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP Concur, Ariba Guided Buying and other systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Office Support Career Stream: This role involves providing organizational support or service (administrative or clerical) to other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent delivering support services or activities under supervision. Differentiating Factors: Autonomy:Operates as an established and productive individual contributor.
