Job Description:

Adecco is assisting their client with their search for Administrative Assistant.

**Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract

**Start Date: 1-2 weeks.**

**Location:** New York NY 10001 (hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days WFH)

**Pay: $** **27.00**

**Duration: 1 year(can extend)**

**Shift: M-F** 8 am - 5 pm

**Description:**

Position may include assisting employers by performing secretarial and administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments and communicate meeting details to all participants through appropriate communication channels, making travel arrangements and completing expense reports, assisting with event coordination and complete special projects as needed, working with confidential materials with minimal supervision. Qualifications: *Position requires 2-4 years prior administrative experience, *Knowledge of MS Office Suite *Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks *Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.

- Booking complex international travel

- Managing a high volume of expenses in Concur

- Planning major meetings from start to finish - ITC townhalls, holiday dinners, brand meetings, off-site meetings, etc

- General admin duties

**Pay Details:** $27.00 per hour
