ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Collaborate with sales marketing and international teams to provide comprehensive support with available marketing tools to international partners
* Support international business and marketing teams
* Support international internal and external customers through projects identified by supervisor and in the Customer Solutions Queue
* Handle a variety of administrative duties: answer incoming phone calls and emails, respond to web inquiries, enter point-of-sale (POS) orders, prepare handouts for presentations and events, schedule in-person and virtual meetings across time zones, provide follow-up with minutes of meeting notes, and assist in developing and maintaining international marketing resources
* Support international social media handles and digital communication
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel (car or airplane), up to approximately 5%. May require minimal overnight travel and/or weekend work.
Location: This in-office (not remote) position is located in Wooster, Ohio.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
Education/Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
* Possession of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, in marketing or a related field; and/or
* Minimum two to four years of related experience in international business support.
* Additional language knowledge, both verbal and written communication, is a plus.
* Experience in foodservice, retail, restaurant or beef industry, is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Professional and customer-service oriented with the ability to be proactive in solving and preventing problems
* Excellent multicultural communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
* Work with others as part of a coordinated team effort, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize assignments while independently driven to work effectively in deadline situations and under pressure with flexibility regarding hours
* Think creatively with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* High proficiency with computers (including Microsoft Office suite), e-mail; and experience with global technologies (like WhatsApp) is a plus
