Job Description:

The Partner Project Program is a fiscal sponsorship program that provides comprehensive financial and administrative support to over 90 nonprofit organizations and projects with a broad range of missions across the US.

This position will handle many day-to-day administrative functions, including, but not limited to data entry, sorting mail, scanning, copying, running daily reports, checking receipts against payment requests, formatting documents, assisting with A/P information requests, maintaining and updating content for a partner portal site and providing helpdesk support for various platforms.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be flexible, dedicated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Word, and interest in further developing computer skills and learning new systems;

Exceptional attention to detail;

Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities, manage multiple demands and projects;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Strong ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently;

Prior experience in administrative roles required ; and

Familiarity with financial and administrative processes is preferred.

Compensation: Salary range is $45,000 - $54,000 and is commensurate with experience.
