We are seeking an Administrative Assistant whowill provide support for our growing organization. This person should be a true team player, have exceptional communication and organizational skills and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and exciting environment. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in our New York City Office. Overall Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for several company executives, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings that are in the office or off-site.
  • Collaborate with other admins on cross-functional events and meetings.
  • Triage incoming requests, phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support for executives and teams, such as ordering office supplies, submitting expense reports and more.
  • Partner with travel manager to coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries and agendas of executives.
  • Liaise with Finance team in setting up new vendors, tracking invoices and payments as needed.
  • Maintain communication and strong working relationships with other departments and admins within the organization.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably at a high growth company.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proactive mindset, ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company and employee data with integrity and discretion.
  • Highly proactive in anticipating team needs.
  • Positive and team-player attitude that can build strong relationships quickly and organically at all levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professionalism and flexibility to assist and accommodate accordingly.
  • Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (3 days in our NYO / week + remote).
#LI-Hybrid Salary Range $75,000-$90,000 USD In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
