Position Administrative AssistantOverview: Responsible for administrative assistant support to sales/operations team. Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Documentation fulfillment (supplier surveys, quality surveys, gather and submit various other documentation requests, etc.)
- Assist purchasing department by updating system with accurate dates on inbound purchase orders
- Run reports
- Upload documents to website
- Cross trained on modifying drawings from CAD to pdf and then uploading to website other specified network locations
- Data Entry
Required Education/Experience: To be eligible to perform this job, an individual should possess the following:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or comparable training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have 2-3 years' experience in an administrative/professional office setting.
