Randstad is working with a client near Beaverton, Oregon on a contract administrative assistant. This role is expected to go until April, 2025. Keys to the role are calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangements, and onboarding. If you feel that you could be a good fit for this opportunity, please apply now! salary: $26 - $29 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities •Calendar Management - manage all details related to the Vice President schedule and all events led by VPs •Expense Reports - Manage expense reports for VPs and process purchase orders for larger design team •Travel - manage all travel requests for the VPs, the design team (in collaboration with Operations Director) travel for offsites (inclusive of hotel, restaurant, special events.) •Facilities - tasked with management of all details related to the facility needs of the design team space. This includes ordering equipment, lighting, furniture, phones, etc. The Admin is also on point for any team or individual moves. He/she is also tasked with ensuring any and all design events are covered regarding room scheduling & set-up, ordering furniture, food, AV, etc. •Onboarding for New Hires - Based on direction from th Operations Director, the Admin will manage all needs associated with new hire set-up, included but not limited to: space, computer & equipment needs, cell phones, credit card, travel profile, etc. Be proactive in sharing company policy and training new employees as it relates to the above.
