The current vacancy will be supporting the Human Resources (HR) Director, and several managers in HR, so the ability to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including personnel board members, senior executives, labor representatives, and employees, representing the Director's interests professionally and effectively are fundamental to this position's success. This position also supports the Employee Recognition Committee and Inclusion Committee to contribute to a rewarding and meaningful employee experience. The current vacancy is a regular, benefitted and full-time position; however, the employment list that will be established from this recruitment may be utilized to fill future regular, limited-term, or temporary vacancies in the City for the duration of the list. SELECTION PROCESS All candidates meeting the minimum qualifications will have their application scored in a Formula Rate Examination. The applicant's experience and education will be evaluated using a pre-determined formula. Scores from this evaluation will determine applicant ranking and placement on the Employment List. Supplemental questions will be utilized by the department hiring authority to make interview and selection determinations.
