To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a leading asset management firm headquartered in Midtown East is looking for a long-term temp Administrative Assistant to support a team of professionals within their multi-asset investing group. This role is covering a parental leave, starting on December 2 nd (allowing for a week or two of overlap training) with a contract through late April/ early May. This role is fully onsite Monday-Friday. The hours are 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break. They do not anticipate much OT with this role. Hourly pay rate is up to $40/hr DOE. Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management. Working proactively on this / checking professional's calendar for conflicts.
- Booking travel (domestic & international).
- Reconciling expenses.
- Answering the phone (via Zoom Phone).
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of administrative experience (finance is ideal).
- Concur experience.
- Experience booking travel.
